1、Group Procurement Functional Department Introduction

The procurement center is the business functional management department of the Group's procurement. It is the business operational Department for purchasing iron ore, imported scrap, coal, coke, ferroalloy, electrode, etc. It is responsible for centralized procurement and sales, procurement cost reduction and logistics transportation of the group's central procurement materials, and has the ability to put forward the centralized bidding demand for non central procurement materials of the group's subordinate enterprises, purchase price benchmarking, daily supplier management, etc.

The Commerce Department, Procurement Department and Supply Department of each enterprise are the business operational departments for the procurement of domestic scraps, pig iron, refractories, aluminum products, auxiliary materials and equipment spare parts of the corresponding enterprise. They are responsible for the contract signing of materials purchased by the enterprise, relevant supplier management, quality objection handling, information collection and feedback, etc.
